Passing is a bad call if you're playing not to lose.

But Reid has demonstrated throughout his tenure that he's an aggressive playcaller.

This is a call Jimmy Johnson -- the perpetually tan one -- would make.  He puts the ball into his players' hands and expects them to deliver.

Unfortunately, ours didn't.

Our running game was working, why didn't Andy put the ball in their hands. They might have delivered.

Well, that pretty much puts the finishing touches on what could very well be the worst coaching performance of any head coach in the history of the NFL.  Andy Reid, for some inexplicable reason, having shown so much talent over the last five years, has suddenly performed with about as much talent as a blind Pop Warner Head Coach.  What Reid has done this year is inexcusable, and if there was such a thing as Head Coaching Laws and Police, you'd see Reid sentenced to life in prison for the coaching catastrophe that he's exhibited this year.  He makes Steve Spurriers failed stint with the Fun & Gun in Washington look like a Bill Bellichick sidekick.

I thought that this was one of Reid's better-coached games during the season.  People are looking at one pass play on 2nd & 7 late in the game, and putting it all on Reid.  Ridiculous.  He makes mistakes, but he showed me yesterday that he was able to adjust to the personnel, and he called plays pretty well.

It was a total team loss.  Except for McNabb and Lito, who deserve a little extra blame.

ANDY REID DESERVES TO BE FIRED FOR HIS PERFORMANCE THIS YEAR.  He gets no free passes, cuz he never won the Super Bowl, so what's happened up to now doesn't count.  His blunders this year are of epic proportion, and are rivaled only by the likes of Steve Spurrier, Mike Shula, and a few select no-names that never did anything for their team.  Reid is a pathetic coach, who couldn't game-plan his way out of a wet paper bag.

Please find a new team for which to root.  Thanks a bunch.

I totally agree.  Reid is a total loser, who needs to learn how to coach his team instead of relying on his instincts and pathetic chances that he likes to take.  What a loser!

Doesn't matter.

The Cowboys are selling out to stop the run.  It is difficult to run against that

The taterskins did the exact same thing yesterday...they were running at will vs. the Bucs, then Gibbs ran 3 straight plays when they were up by a TD...they didn't get the first...Chris Simms then leads a game-winning TD...Gibbs is subsequently questioned for his "conservative" playcalling.
More Mahe please.

Should've ran a screen pass there.

I was calling for the screen forever last night. Especially in a situation when the Cowboys were selling out to stop the run and get the ball back.

Screen pass there = huge gain = game over.

Farg.

I hate being negative but this season is over. There is no way we can make up this ground. Plus with an emotional loss like this, especially how well they played most of the game, it's going to be tough to come back for.

Dude, that's not being negative, that's just being realistic.

they ran one screen pass, for a good gain if I remember correctly and then never again.

Westbrook should be a screen monster, it's the perfect play for him.
