If he's suspended for the season, I think the Eagles went overboard.  There has to be more to this story -- something went on or was said behind the scenes that AR can't or won't get over.  There's no way the interview and crappy apology alone warrents this action.

Lets wait to see how accurate that is. ESPN News says nothing of the sort, neither does CSN.

Had ESPN on all night and CSN (flipping back and forth from the VaTech game and the FLyers game) and not one thing like that was said. If Clayton had said that, it would be on ESPN News, don't you think? Especially since he said this an hour or so ago according to that poster.
