I personally think he should sit out... Not to help my Niners, but because a QB out for a game and at 100% the next is better than a QB at 80% for weeks

Apparently you haven't seen Koy play recently. That MNF game was an abberation.


Anyway, McNabb would play regardless, he played for weeks two years ago with a  banged up thumb when he probably would have done better sitting for a game or two. He'll play.

If McNabb sat out then I think McMahon would get the start. 

Regardless, 80% McNabb is still better than 100% McMahon or Neckbeard.  Now if we still had AJ on the other hand.......  :P

Again I say... if McNabb is not 100%, he plays like 50% or worse.  And don't give me that crap about the broken ankle against the Cruds, because the offensive line gave him a ton of time and he was able to be comfortable in the pocket and pick apart the crappy secondary.  The 49ers are not a great team, but they will bring pressure.  If McNabb is going to ignore opportunities to get first downs with his legs and throw behind and to the feet of receivers, then I do not want him in the game at all.  Let him get healthy.
