either gibbs is not the offensive genius all skins fans make him out to be and if thats the case then its a good move or its a snyder ego trip taking a coach from the bad boy of nfl owners as a way of making a statement

of course skin fans would never dream of calling out gibbs in any way...so the skins fans official company line on this move is that "you can never have enough good coaches"
