Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I'll admit... I wasn't ready for that shtein at all.  I mean, we know these guys are retarded beyond belief, but.... DAMN!

No, not Arthur. Some random douche who probably adopted the single spit theory in Tampa.

Saunders will be the OC and playcaller. Gibbs will focus on being the GM and more involved in personnel stuff.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

From a thread titled "are the refs boycotting joe?"

Quotei know the officiating was pretty horrid this year league wide. but i couldn't help but notice they are extra harsh on joe gibbs and mike shannahan. both coaches were the 2 most outspoken about the refs this year, and they seemed to be targeted for it. is there anything the league can do to penalize crews who obviously take comments personally and show biased officiating, or is the NFL really that wrapped up in itself that they think their crews can do no wrong? i think there should be a department in the league that spends the offseason breaking down bad calls, and fining or suspending repeat offenders that seem to have it out for certain teams. maybe they'd call the games a little more fair if that was the case. but we know the NFL, they're never wrong, just ask mike alstott.

QuoteI had the opportunity a few nights ago to chat with Mark Eckel for about 10 minutes. For those of you who don't know Eckel, he is the Eagles beat writer for the Trenton Times, and is regarded as the number 1 beat guy on the Eagles. I like reading him because he seems to be the most "Real" writer and doesn't kiss the butts of Lurie and Reid. Anyway .. I was working a local college basketball game and Eckel was writing for it. Before the game, I introduced myself as a Skins season ticket holder. We talked EXCLUSIVELY about the taterskins.

I'll briefly state my questions and his response. (He does know the NFL)
Of course, this was NOT an interview, just us chatting. Everything here is paraphrased.

What do you think of the hiring of Saunders? Never was a Snyder hater, since there is no "coaches salary cap", understands why JG and Snyder did this. Thinks it will help the offense BIG TIME.

Will Lavar be here next year? He says he wants to retire a taterskin. Thinks Danny and Lavar will work it out.

Biggest problem with the taterskins this past season? Didn't have a number 2 WR. Need someone to take the pressure off Moss.

If you could do 1 thing to make the Skins better, what would it be? (I asked if Brunell was the problem) Not a big Brunell fan, but thinks he'll be OK. MUST GET #2.

What about Patten? Isn't he a decent #2? NOOOOO, he's "OK" as a #3, but not a #2. SKINS WILL DRAFT THEIR NUMBER 2.

Will TO be a taterskin? Absolutely not, TO will be a Dolphin, bank on it.

Alright, enough of this. Just wanted to share my little chat with Eckel with you guys. Although he is an Eagles beat writer, he loves talking football and is pretty good at keeping it real.

Kevin Johnson would be the perfect #2 for Santana Moss.

I was waiting for him to slip KJ into that response. I was disappointed. You know he was thinking it though.

General_Failure

He went home and thought it into a couple of tissues.

While wearing nothing but a Johnson Lions jersey. He rotates the Syracuse/Browns/Ravens/Lions ones.

The custom #85 Johnson Eagles one is still in the plastic. Waiting for the honeymoon night.
