It's not you. I really like the look of her face, and the shape of her jaw...but my closeups really need to be retouched because of that dark hair on her upper lip. I'm a little mad because she probably should have addressed the issue before showing up for a shoot. She had plenty of notice.

She's definitely got a great face, especially for the camera. It just doesn't work as well when she shows up looking like mustachio.
