so i got sucked into watching love actually tonight (only got a handjob out of it) and just realized that the dude who's macking on keira knightly is rick from walking dead.

actually i've seen the movie before and it's one of the better chick flicks out there.

Sgt PSN

AMC has been pimping that movie for like a week now since Rick is in it.

Also, a hand job?  For shame, Matthew.

Munson

I still say Crazy Stupid Love is the best 'chick flick' I've seen

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Zanshin

So, did you get sucked into it, or a handjob? Both? Both would be worth it.

Ed Helms is gonna be Frank Drebin in a "Naked Gun" reboot. Damnit leave our 80s movies alone

Munson

He'd fit the character well, but come on...Leslie Nielson is Leslie Nielson.

Watched a bunch of movies over the weekend with the snow and everything.

Live Free and Die Hard - awful, stupid, just a chance for Bruce Willis to blow shtein up and say his catchphrases

Elysium - I liked District 9 better but this was a pretty good movie

Pacific Rim - I watched this with my kids as I had no real interest in watching it but it was actually entertaining.  the CGI was great and the action was really good.  the story drags a little in the middle but overall it was enjoyable to watch.

2 Guns - slightly entertaining but completely unforgettable.  it seemed like Denzel and Marky Mark were in a contest to see who could ham it up the best

Despicable Me 2 - obviously with the kids, it was meh.  first one was better

smeags

we are the millers - pretty funny.
If guns kill people then spoons made Rosie O'Donnel a fatass.

phillies will be under 500 this year...book it

ice grillin you

trouble with the curve - cheesy predictable melo drama but it was fairly watchable

4/10

laramie project - film based on interviews from people in laramie in the years after the matthew sheppherd murder......really emotional good stuff...tons of well known people in it

7/10
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

The World's End. I kept confusing this with This is the End, which I had no intention of watching even though they're the same premise. If you can take the first 40 minutes of awkward alcoholic midlife crisis it turns into a better action movie than most action movies.

The man. The myth. The legend.

theres also looking for a friend for the end of the world

I was pretty disappointed with The World's End. Thought it'd be funnier.

This is the End is hilarious.

Pacific Rim ended up being one of my favorite movies of the year even though it aims significantly lower than most other movies I saw.  It just does a really good job at fulfilling what it tries to be.  I had almost no expectations and thought it was really entertaining.
