Righteous Kill

Went and saw this today and it was good. It was good to see these two guys on screen together for the first time since Heat. They paired well and the movie was your regular cop type deal with the inevitable twist. I wouldn't recommend that you rush out to see it, but it was enjoyable enough to watch. I'd give it 3/5.

Kevin bacon flick from 2007. The premise is interesting...vigilante dad who seeks revenge after his kid is killed. It started well but the ending could have been done better, IMO. Well, more so the ending maybe the second half of it could have been done better. Very graphic and a good movie to waste some time with if you have nothing better to do. 2/5.

I met a guy that played a bit part as a doctor in that movie in a low-stakes neighborhood poker game.  He knocked me out of the tournament by hitting an inside straight on the river.

Got a chance to see TDK.  It was good but the thing I hate about prequels is knowing that the ending has to be left open in order to tie into previous movies.  Obviously the Joker and Two-Face were going to live so I wasn't expecting anything to happen to either one, but after 2 and a half hours the movie ended and you're just.......meh OK movie's over.  Ledger did a great job, but Oscar-worthy?  I dunno...

Two-Face is dead, Aaron Eckart has said as much.  He only signed up for one movie and asked Nolan at the end if Two-Face was alive or dead and Nolan told him he was dead.
