Why does it not surprise me that you hang out with gold digging sluts?

pretty sure I never said anything about hanging out with her

Collateral - The story seemed intersting enough when I read it on Netflix but this had to be one of the driest, most boring movies I've ever seen.  Major let down for a Tom Cruise/Jamie Foxx movie.  It actually took me 3 tries to get through the movie seeing as I fell asleep during the first 2 attempts.

QuoteRichard Dreyfuss heads to the White House To play Dick Cheney in Oliver Stone's upcoming "W"

CANNES -- Josh Brolin has a vice president.

Richard Dreyfuss could soon make the trip to Oliver Stone's White House, entering final negotiations to play Dick Cheney in the provcateur director's upcoming "W."

The role is the last major position in the Bush administration to be filled; the West Wing is already occupied by the likes of Brolin (President Bush) Thandie Newton (Condoleezza Rice) and Elizabeth Banks (Laura Bush).

The 60-year-old Dreyfuss has never played a U.S. leader, but has had a few related roles. He starred as an opposition senator to Michael Douglas' commander in chief in 1995's "The American President," as Alexander Haig in a television movie about Ronald Reagan and played the president of a banana republic in the 1980s comedy "Moon Over Parador."

The QED-produced "W," which has been granted a waiver by SAG, begins shooting this month in Shreveport, La. QED has been selling territorial rights at Cannes' Marche du Film, with the idea that the movie will be released in October, before Americans elect a new president. A DVD release will follow in January timed to Bush leaving office.

I look forward to this.  Dreyfuss would be a perfect Cheney.

This movie is going to be horrible.

I think it might be so bad it's good.  If even the biggest of Bush haters can watch it and think it's ridiculous and over-the-top, that might just be the case.

Stone is a nutcase and I'm guessing he despises Bush, so it should be entertaining but everything will be taken with a grain of salt.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I just looked it up and answered my own question. The only watchable movie the dude has ever made was The People Vs. Larry Flynt. Everything else has been gnaw-your-tongue-off awful.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skulls:  God awful.  Keep in mind I walked in there expecting to be a little disappointed, but it was way worse than my expectations. It was almost like a parody of itself.  Bad plot, bad acting, terrible script, zero character development. You'd think it was written by some form of retard.  Worst sequel I can remember ever seeing, at least in relation to potential.

It had every right to be disappointing, because of potentially unrealistic expectations.  But it wasn't even a good basic premise.  Without question, I could write a better script overnight.  I'm reasonably sure my four-year-old could come up with a better idea in about three seconds.  And I was prepared to grade on a curve.  I think the reviews were overly kind.

Wow...just...wow.

Rome

Platoon wasn't anywhere near awful.

Gah! Neither was The Doors. I was originally looking at the list of movies he produced... Oops. Ok, so he's three for 20 or so. Pass.

I found it to be mind-numbingly dull.  And I'm a history teacher.
