scream fo - could have been a GREAT ending at least until they retwisted it and made it completely generic...the movie was self referential to the point of being super annoying...and the jokes mostly fell flat..despite all that it is pretty much completely average

it's sort of the opposite for me. i didn't go to see it, but if i was going to it would be in the theater just because with the right group the atmosphere could make the movie worth it. if i'm watching a movie on dvd it's because i think i'm going to enjoy it just as a movie. a cool atmosphere for a movie in a theater can make it better than it would be otherwise.
