She has a face? All I ever see when I look at her is the bathroom stall scene from The Secretary.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Munson

No but i'm sure she showed her melted wax face.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Invention of Lying - really funny at parts, a little slow in the middle.  it was really good for the people who think religion is a bunch of fairy tales made up to comfort people.

Agreed. We watched it on Saturday night. Ok movie, enjoyable but won't be one I buy for the DVD shelf.

why do people still actually buy dvd's?  i mean, i get it if it's a movie that you'd realistically watch again and again, but with services like netflix or blockbuster online, why spend the $20 on a dvd from the store?

for $9 a month i can rent 1 netflix movie at a time along with unlimited instant views.  there's a 3 day turn around for the movies i get in the mail.  so that's basically 10 movies per month.

for another 20 or 30 bucks you can buy some software that will allow you to rip the dvd to your computer.  and for $10 you can buy an s-video cable and plug your laptop/desktop into your television and watch your movies.

i'm slowly in the process of copying all of my dvd's to my computer and then using some video conversion software to make it compatible with my x-box so i can stream it direct to the tv.  once i get all the dvd's put on my computer, they're all going to the yard sale.

not only is it way cheaper to get movies this way, but it's also going to save me a ton of space in my living room since i don't have to keep buying bigger and bigger shelves to hold my collection.

Munson

A lot of times it's easy to find em for less than 20 bucks...but generally I only buy the ones I know I'll watch over and over. Plus some of the gag reels/extra content on the DVDs are worth it. The gag reel/line-o-ramas/deleted scenes from the good comedies of the last few years have some classic stuff on them that I can't believe didn't make the movie itself.

I know, I'm hilarious. Especially on CF.
