StarTrek nerds really like it surprisingly.

The Lives of Others:

May have posted a review before, but I forgot. Saw it again last night, and it is just a fantastic movie.  Great plot, involving story, terrific acting.  A german film, but one of my favorites over the last 5 years. Definitely recommend. Great on all levels.

A/10
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

The one obvious gap in my nerdiness is the fact that I don't really care about Star Trek. I've seen a handful of the movies and enjoyed a couple of them but basically don't care one way or the other. This reload looks farging ridiculously good, though.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

I'm the same way, never really cared for Star Trek. I originally thought this 'prequel' was going to be brutal but it's gotten good reviews.

The only Star Trek I enjoyed was DS:9. They're not going to do any movies for that, or another series like it, so farg it.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Rome

Just got back from Star Trek.

It was better than the reviewers are giving it credit for.  There was so much shtein going on it's almost impossible for me to explain it all in a review.  It's definitely worth going to see even if you're a Star Wars dork.

PS: I don't know if you guys know what Easter Eggs are but the movie is absolute packed to the gills with them.  I counted about 25 but the one towards the end literally had me laughing out loud.  I doubt anyone but a true Trek head would get it but it was awesome.

5/5 and I'm definitely going to see it again.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
