I gotta vent too.

I was out with some friends Friday night and met some hot girl. So I'm talking to her, her hot friend, and her hot mom and apparently bought them enough shots that she thought it would be a good idea to put my number into her cell phone. Right after she puts it in she calls so I would have hers. My phone starts vibrating in my pocket so I say, "sweet now I got your number too", but I didn't verify this.

So now all I have is her first name and the knowledge she's getting her MBA from Drake. I'm about to e-mail the six girls that share her first name, but am afraid that might be stupid.

Damn me.

I'm confused, it wasn't her calling your cell phone?  Just a coincidence that it rang just as she was calling you?  Did it show up unavailable?  I need to know.

It was her; however, one of my apparently cock-blocking friends called me right before she hit send. Because I'm a dumbass, I didn't even look at my phone when she called so I didn't notice until the next day (I would say morning, but I didn't wake up until well after noon - college style).

No, they can file civil suit and once they do, immediately turn the papers over to the Navy.  The Navy should file to have your name removed from the suit.

The Navy should be handling this. If they call you again tell them that you are not speaking to them anymore and that if they call you again you'll file a counter-suit. Then go get drunk.

I just got off the phone with Bupers, they gave me a claims section for Automobile accidents in San Diego. She also told me the bitch who I talked to is completely incompetent considering they only deal with military and that she didn't know how to handle this.

It's now a year later and this shtein hasn't been taking care of, now I'm getting contacted by a claims service. farging ridiculous. Anyone know anything about this shtein? Sucks because I can't call around till Monday since everyone's closed.

You know you are screwed, because it takes forever for the damn military to get anything done.  Is your ship back from deployment? Couldn't they give you guidance?

Since we are speaking of the military, I would just like to say that this week has been one of the worst in my short career.  I have gotten less than 20 hrs of sleep this week.  At least I am drinking now though.  Yesterday we had bad day too, we had a guy have an accidental discharge with a blank, without the adapter and he shot another soldier in the nuts.

You think that's bad? Get a load of this shtein, I just got this email from my old roommate and best friend Billy aka shellback, the Chris he speaks of was our other roommate and a great guy:

Hey, everyone, you'll never guess where I just came from.  Mast.  Yeah,
no shtein.  They took 17 of us for "tacking" on the crow of one of our
new
3rd classes.  I got 14 days restriction with a suspended bust to E5. 
My
involvement included an open-handed love tap to his shoulder as well as
not reporting a bruise that I saw on his arm
3 other firsts got busted to second with 14 days restriction, including
my roommate Chris.  They busted 4 second classes to third with 14 to 30
days restriction for all of them, and another 5 thirds.  It was a
farging witch hunt.  Nearly all of the personnel were highly-regarded
in
our department.  Chris and I were the Assistant LPO's, I was an SOQ
nominee this year and I got a deployment NAM.  Chris was our SOY
nominee.  There were two guys who had been CAPped this year including
one guy who just got CAPped from 2nd a week ago and another who did a
Junior SOQ board 3 days ago.  I feel bad because I was the only guy who
didn't get busted down.  I got the lightest sentence.  Of course, none
of the Chiefs that were implicated got anything.  I hate being in the
farging Navy.  Political bullshtein.  I'll be getting out as soon as my
enlistment is up in Feb 2010.  I don't care if I'll only have 7 years
till retirement.  That's 7 years of misery.  7 more years of my life
wasted doing something I don't believe in anymore. 
Sorry this sounds so negative, but this was a pretty negative day.  The
whole process from our Senior Chief seeing the bruise on the kids arm
till today took less than 48 hours, which is good because I hate
long-farging waits. 
Well, I hope every one of you has a Merry Christmas.  That's not laced
with any kind of insidious undertone.  I truly mean that.  See you in 2
weeks.

All I can say is getting out of the Navy was the best thing I ever did. Unless you have a boner for this shtein I suggest getting out and going to college or a trade school as soon as possible. I was miserable when I was enlisted and honestly could never imagine living that zesty life style ever again.

As far as the accident bullshtein goes, I got in touch with a lady from the insurance place today and she told me to call the Arbitrator on Monday. So that's a start.
