CHIP KELLY Terminology 101
Formations are Left and Right, predictably they start with L or R
Lou / Load are all Left formations (notice he is calling them from right hash which makes sense)
Rock / Roy are right formations
Based on the play card I suspect Lou/Roy are the same formation and Load/Rock are the same as well.

Anything after the formation is motion. Example is Z top. Most likely is Z receiver in top motion.

Chip uses numbers for run game and words for pass

Run game numbers are typically double numbers like 12/13 or 41/42.
First number is type of run. Chip is known for only having 5 run concepts. They would be numbered 1-5.
Second number is direction. Odd is left, even is right.

Three numbers usually means play action out of a run. Example is 142.

If there is only one number its most likely a pass protection. Example 6 or 7 is the same pass pro, just left and right.

So
Rock 12 Blow
Rock ( right formation)
12 (Guessing inside zone read to the right)
Blow (back side pass concept)
This is a true package play with the QB giving the ball or throwing based on read keys. He will throw this to the back side (left side) only.

Load Z Top 143 Tony Hash
Load (left formation)
Z top (Z receiver goes in top motion)
143 (play action fake of a left run)
Tony Hash (Pass concept, most likely a TE first read, Y second read with someone running a Hash seam)
