so i was in cc today. on the walk back i passed through the taney watch party they had going. free soft pretzels and water. philly.

anyway they were handing out free phillies tickets for either monday, tuesday or wednesday vs. igy's nationals. i dont know whether thats good or extremely pathetic.

ESPN showed the attendance for the LLWS game and it was 34k and then showed the Phils attendance today was 25k

its good in that itll get young kids out to the park, but the fact that they were indiscriminately handing out vouchers for 2 tickets for a game next week is really sad.

but yet, the gm is not on the hot seat. but yet they need a 12 year old baseball team to do well to justify handing out tickets at a watch party. but yet. but.
