The Ben logo is pretty dope. The moose is lame. That's not a real thing, is it?

before messing around with ben franklin logos they need to have a jersey that says philadelphia on the front not sixers...in fact that there isnt a single team in the city that has that....you play for and rep the city dumb franchises

I guess the flyers come closest with the P, but Philadelphia is such a long name that it probably won't fit on a jersey and still look right.  Could go like the Sixers back in the day with Phila or just change it to Philly.

Here's why the Phils didn't do it.  Look how bad it is

Wow...first time I have ever seen that. Glad that was rejected.

it sucks cause the jersey doesnt look good....the philadelphia part is awesome just has to be bigger....also you dont have to put the entire word....you could go with philly or even phi

this is how it looks on a great jersey

Respect to igy for calling this:

QuoteThe Philadelphia 76ers have expressed a willingness to trade for Houston Rockets guard Jeremy Lin depending on what sort of assets Houston is willing to attach to the deal, according to sources close to the process.

Sources told ESPN.com that the Sixers, who have ample room on their payroll to absorb Lin's contract, have emerged as a leading contender to take on Lin in a trade that sends no salary back to the Rockets, which would enable the Rockets to extend a rich offer in free agency to either Carmelo Anthony or Chris Bosh.

Sources say that the Milwaukee Bucks are another team that would consider trading for Lin if the Rockets add a sweetener or two to the deal for the privilege of shedding Lin's contract to a team that can comfortably absorb it.

It's believed that the Rockets would have to send Philadelphia at least one future first-round pick to convince the Sixers to go through with the deal, given that Lin is owed $15 million next season despite the fact that his contract will only count for $8.4 million for salary cap purposes.

Sources say that the Sixers, though, are happy to take on Lin -- despite the presence of reigning NBA Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams as their starting point guard -- provided that the extra asset or two they get from Houston is sufficiently attractive.

Summer league game is on right now. Like what I see from KJ Mcdaniels. Can't wait to see Noel against NBA level competition. He might need some adjustment time. I think he'll be better than Ratliff but not quite as good as Camby.

i have big hopes for hollis thompson...once its all said and done i wouldnt be suprised if he turns into a top flight knock down jump shooter....the sixers version of danny green...like green hes pretty awful when he puts the ball on the floor....but if you can get him in places where he can set his feet and raise up he has the makings of a really good shooter
