MCW has had a really good last 4 weeks or so after hitting a rough patch when they assembled a AAA team around him post-trade deadline.

@tmoore76ers: Not saying Sixers should trade MCW. Just wondering if it'd be worth considering if it would allow you to end up with Wiggins and Randle.

I'll pass.  MCW will be a top 8 pg if he develops ANY ability to shoot.

imo hes never going to be a good shooter....if you wanna keep him your hope is that he becomes rajon rondo

and if they fill in properly around him then theres nothing wrong with that

personally i don't see massive growth potential with him....but that said i really like him and would def ride or die with him going forward......i don't wanna sound negative about him at all....im just answering the hypothetical

to j's point tho why randle...how about wiggy and exum or wiggy and vonleh....the possibilities are endless if you can get up there

I'm really only talking about him becoming a passable shooter.  He already has the height and ability to be a great defender and got a crazy high % of steals in college and for a rookie.  I'm not sure he'll ever be a 'good' shooter but I have no problem with him as a cornerstone piece.  Part of it is I'm just not as high on Randle.  Maybe for Exum.

I just have a good feeling about Randle. I think with him and Nerlens on the blocks...a banger and a shot blocker...they could be special.

you don't want randle to be known as a banger....hes not that guy....that's why this year was not the best for him...college game held him back because of the lack of spacing...

randles best case scenario is larmarcus aldrige.....he has to develop that 15-17 footer to stretch defenses....if hes your guy that's why

his wingspan is ridiculous as far as getting into lanes and shtein....but he was really bad on defense this year as far as staying in front of his man and on pick n rolls....this is an area where improvement is def possible tho...and if that happens how sick would wiggins and him be up top defensively....that makes my bathing suit area feel funny

its not so much that he wouldn't be good as a banger but do you want a top five pick to be a banger?...hes has so much more potential than being a on the block guy....his handle is nice for 250....he gives a mismatch in that dept.....not to mention on the blocks is not where the league is headed....me and you have talked about this before

if you think his future is as a banger then you don't want to take him

I'm not explaining myself well then...I don't want him to only set up camp in the lane. When I say banger I'm talking about a physical guy who can dominate down low. Of course I'd want a guy whose game is multi faceted but when it's time to bang you've got a physical dude who can dominate.
