tomato bread with manchego - 9/10

roasted red peppers stuffed with goat cheese - this was their version of jalapeno poppers but not fried....super clean tasting...such a great concept - 10/10

grilled octopus in olive oil lime juice with potato puree - 10/10

raw trout with vidalia onions and tomato puree - basically a trout tar tar...phenomenal - 10/10

lamb skewers in a moor sauce....melt in your mouth lamb with a moor sauce that made you feel like you were in Timbuktu - 9/10

fried eggplant topped with honey and rosemary - dish of the night....11/10

pan seared mushrooms in sherry and olive oil - so simple and so perfect....9/10

I rarely post here because I don't get an erection about food, but every dish IGY just posted sounds farging delicious. I have no idea what J is talking about, but I'm having a sad for his taste buds and their boring unfulfilled life.

Haha...I've never been a huge seafood or fresh water fish guy. Occasionally I will eat shrimp (love a good shrimp cocktail), lobster, king crab (Jameis Winston whassup!) and flounder. That's about it.

However if we're talking Italian, Mexican or other latin food? I'm in. I love finding hole in the wall restaurants down here who push great meals out.

Everything except the lamb sounds good. I don't like lamb after having to cook it every day for 14 years, but people without that issue seem to enjoy it.

Fried eggplant is amazing when done right, and pretty much chunky snot when done wrong.
