has nothing to do with stubborn....there isnt a show important enough to me to have to hook my cumputer up to my tv...ill watch a random hockey game before i do that....if its something im moderately interested in ill dvr it...i like to pick up my remote hit a button and watch tv...not have to unhook my laptop bring it to a tv hook it up...boot it up...find a website and watch something....thats so stupid

google chrome works great btw, and it's $35.  not for igy because no chance he figures out how to use it, but for everybody else

would never pay for non sports tv like that...i do pay for hbo when its on the 9.99 special but thats as far as ill go

The Chromecast isn't a subscription thing...it's an inexpensive device that lets you watch pretty much anything on your TV, similar concept to a Roku. For people who use Android, I think it's a no-brainer.

i dont like tv enough to even pay a 35 dollar one time charge...do you get movies with it too?....id consider something like that....i love movies

you stream your existing online account to your tv from your laptop, iphone, ipad, etc....


so if you have netflix you can send netflix to your tv.  if you have hbogo you can send it to your tv, etc.  it's just a conduit

It works with the computer, but it's actually easier and better with an android phone or tablet.

or you could buy a used xbox and just download apps....theres like a million convenient ways to watch other things than tv on your tv

The Walking Dead is officially the dumbest shtein on TV but I will still watch it until my brain has completely rotted. I have no idea why, but I can't look away.

I still say this season has been far and away the best and most consistent, there weren't any long stretches of crisp like the first half of season 2 or the 2nd half of season 3.

Everyone raves about the Walking Dead. I tried to watch it. Saw a couple of episodes, and just didn't care enough to go out of my way to watch it after that.

its complete garbage but i can also see russels point about still watching it to see where it goes...like all you need to do is dvr it then fast forward thru the episode begin to end just to kinda see what happened yet not have to listen to any of the insidious dialogue or watch the dumb ass storyline

I'm normally fantastic at letting go of TV shows mid-stream. I watched every episode of Lost and then didn't watch the finale because I just don't care. But for some reason I keep coming back to this dreck. And loving it while also really farging hating it.
