Carroll does bring nice size to the position: 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds. With Fletcher and Williams, this signing gives the Eagles three cornerbacks standing 6-0 or taller.

Grade: B. This move falls firmly under the criteria for a "B" grade. Carroll will add some seasoned depth to the Eagles' secondary, though he falls short of qualifying as a definite starter ... or even as a starter.
