There's a rule about having to wear team gear for post game interviews, Tom Brady. I used to think it was stupid.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

PhillyPhreak54

Yeah really...I'm fired up! I can't wait for the news clips showing him riding around in a Tundra with Arian Foster

I think it is a good hire. I told the clowns at work that he's probably the best for them because he's fiery and knows how to work with QBs...two things they need after soft batch Kubiak and Pick Six Schaub

I wouldn't go against him at Russian Roulette, that's for sure.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Lovie Smith is the new Bucs HC

PhillyPhreak54

And he will likely be bringing in Jeff Tedford as his OC and Leslie Frazier as his DC

That is a good staff

3 out of the 4 playoff games are having trouble selling tickets...including the Packers. The Eagles are the lone exception...because Eagles fans are the farging shtein

Green Bay, as of Wednesday morning, was about 8,500 tickets short of a sellout, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel's Tom Silverstein. If the Packers don't sell out by 3:40 p.m. Thursday, the game will be blacked out on local TV from Green Bay to Milwaukee. That's almost inconceivable. The Press-Gazette said the Packers have sold out every regular-season game since 1959 (a playoff game in January of 1983, at the end of the strike-shortened season, did not). And yet they are having troubles selling out a playoff game a week after Aaron Rodgers returned from injury to beat the Bears for the NFC North title.
The Bengals produced a video with some players urging fans to buy playoff tickets, which you wouldn't think should be necessary for a NFL playoff game. Former Bengals receiver Chad Johnson said he would buy the unsold tickets, of which there are about 8,000 according to reports, but it's unclear if he was serious. As of Wednesday afternoon the Colts needed to sell 5,500 tickets for their game against the Chiefs before Thursday afternoon to become a sellout and avoid a local television blackout.

This makes me smile a bit - the fact that teams are having trouble selling out - between that and the fact that blackouts will be going away should be enough to force the owners into lowering ticket prices and concessions

$120 for a playoff game isn't outrageous considering what you pay for a regular season hockey game these days.

I mean, it's absurd but so is paying 30 bucks for a pound of jumbo lump crabmeat.
