Feds investigating Christie's use of Sandy relief funds

The bit I heard about the investigation, on NPR some time today, sounded pretty weak.  Something about a couple million dollars of Sandy funds that Christie used on ads to promote the shore--ads that had him in them, were controversial at the time, and the spending for which was actually approved by some kind of federal authority.
