so i was covering a game wayyyy out in the mexicoland tonight

anyway second half im on the side with the chain gang. im next to them, but am steps in front. ref tells me to get back. i move back. ref blows his whistle just after the start of the play and tells me to get back again. like stopped the play and yelled at me to get back.

i am 5 steps away from the white of the sidelines....not in front or blocking the chain gang...not in his path...i moved back...first time that has ever happened. dude was on some serious power trip.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I'm only half joking.  I've heard first hand tales that people out there can say things like, "'Morning, stillupfront," in the kindest way as they hold the door for you at the mall, thinking all the while to themselves how excellent it is to be a loving Christian.

a friend of mine was in a mall in charleston sc in the late 90's and saw a white women walk up to a stroller being pushed by a black chick and said out loud and proud "awwwww look at the little stillupfront baby"....and the mother didnt even blink....
