The 911 call is perfect, each successive interview less so.  The guy is genuinely awesome though.  Who could not love this guy?

I'm really shocked anyone could kidnap a woman and keep her against her will as a sex slave.

What will probably be even more shocking is the lawyer that will plead a case for these three turds of how they really treated the women good and that they really didn't mean them any harm.

QuoteMcGrath said prosecutors will decide whether to charge all three brothers — Ariel Castro, 52, who lived in the house on Seymour Avenue; and Pedro Castro, 54, and Onil Castro, 50, who lived a few blocks away. He said officials are likely to brief reporters on developments in the case Wednesday afternoon or evening

That's what I saw two days ago, they all knew about it, how can they not charge the other two with something?

Ohio prosecutor may seek death penalty in missing women case

I had been surprised to see this at first, but now with some of the gruesome facts becoming known, I can see why prosecutors might go for the death penalty.

Quote— Berry, now 27, told officers that she was forced to give birth in a plastic pool in the house so it would be easier to clean up. Berry said she, her baby, now 6, and the two other rescued women had never been to a doctor during their captivity.

— Michelle Knight, now 32, said her five pregnancies ended after Castro starved her for at least two weeks and "repeatedly punched her in the stomach until she miscarried." She also said Castro forced her to deliver Berry's baby under threat of death if the infant died. Knight said that when the newborn stopped breathing, she revived the child through mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

Five times he caused her to miscarry, that could be five murders to a lot of people. The worst that could happen to this guy is not to be sentenced to death and just locked up for life, he won't last a month in jail.

the two brothers did not know anything about it....they were taken in on unrelated outstanding misdemeanors

Yeah, I see that now. This article has as much info as any I've seen.

I'm interested, after seeing the facts of these women's captivity, if found guilty would you be for or against the death penalty for the accused?

I'm not in all cases, if you take a life intentionally and it's premeditated, then it would be hard to convince me against the death penalty. I have never thought it was warranted otherwise. This case is on of those were death might be what the accused wants. I say jail is far more cruel and that's why I'd be for life in prison before death.

i have many reasons as to why

and one of them is that yes jail is way worse.....if i got sentenced to 20 years in jail...much less life...theres no doubt id kill myself before i did the time

depends where you serve time.  As far as Ariel Castro, he's gonna feel more pain in jail than in a chair getting needles.  Raping 14 year olds and keeping them as slaves doesnt exactly go over well.

im for inhumane death

save the tax payer as much as possible. take this dude out back, let each of the women shoot him in the face, then throw his body in the furnace and burn it. total cost: $25.

or we can kill him humanely or stash him in jail for 40 years. thats cost effective.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I know we've been down this road before, but you know that the death penalty is no less expensive than life in prison, right?
