michael young has grounded into 7 double plays. he has 4 extra base hits.

delmon young, after dhing in 1 game, was too hurt to play the outfield the next day.

this team is just...wow. i knew it was gonna be bad but good god

choke has walked 3 times this year. 3. thats less than freddy galvis and erik kratz. he bb/pa ratio is 0.29, which is 10th lowest in baseball.

as a team, they have 1 player with a +.350 obp. his name is michael young.

they have won 5 games against teams not called the mets or marlins

they have 2 players (utley and revere) who dont have a negative defensive war

Dom Brown went 3/4 with another HR. He's at .266 now and 4 homers.

If he can hit .265 for the season and get 15-18 HR, I'd say that's an extremely successful first full season for him. But is he ever going to steal a base? Wasn't he supposed to be a guy with 15-20 steal potential?

Is that true?  He has not stolen a base yet this season?  I thought the same thing that he was going to get his share of stolen bases.

clutch pitch there and perfectly set up with the fastball right before it....no chnce kearns thought odb would go offspeed in that spot and i dont blame him

diaz shows you the difference bwtn a team like miami and a team that has something to play for....3-2 bases juiced and odb comes way inside...instead of keeping his thigh out a little diaz jumps out of the way of the pitch
