Didn't think he was a major signing but they gave him 2 years, so....I dunno.  All I know is he bounced between Baltimore and Carolina a couple times

ha...Phillips was just at the same introductory PC as Williams and K.Phillips and Merrill Reese thought he was Barwin.  Damn white guys all looking alike
