Watched "Goon" with the wifey Saturday.  I was surprised by the cast, didn't know stiffler was in it, nor Liev Schrieiber.  Writing was Meh, but the general premise was good.  Has me ready for hockey to start up now.  There's some good hockey code lines that any hockey fans would like.  And being a canadian movie, they had the "Trailer Park Boys" in some random cameo spots.

not quite perfection but pretty god damn close. the hollywood media is largely pathetic but there needs to be a serious investigation as to why bigelow didnt get nominated. everyone who didnt have her on their ballot should be shot.

i cant fathom someone directing this movie better, let alone the bin laden raid scene. jesus that was other worldly.

also good to see tv all stars in bit parts. tony soprano, coach taylor, henry francis, the fbi agent from lost, michael from lost, the dude from parks and rec, pete from the league. everyone was there!

pariah - small budget indie coming of age tale about a 17 year old lesbian girl from the inner city and her dealings with the intolerance of the people around her inlcuding her awful mother...short and to the point...defintiely worth an hour and 20 minutes of your time

Regarding the raid scene, I was genuinely surprised that they managed to do it in real time.  How is it even possible to be that accurate?
