Confident that they'll trade back a hundred times and finally draft someone in the third round? Of the 2014 draft? Yes.

howie i see as ultra aggresive.....if a move is made its gonna be him trading up and trying to make a statement

and no i have zero confidence he will do the right thing

#4 will be hard to mess up, so they'll trade the pick for #10 and an additional 2nd and late round pick because it's not how high you pick it's how many picks you have, that philosophy worked wonders over the past 8 seasons. I'd actually be fine with a safe pick like Joeckel. The line would shape up nicely, you'd have a good ground game and would give Foles an opportunity to succeed.

The rest of the draft I'd spend on DBs.

Anyone have a pending free agency list?

If they could trade back a couple picks and get a 1st rounder next year I might be in for the trade.

Otherwise just take the OT and don't farg up the rest of the draft

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Is anyone stupid enough to do that in a weak ass draft? I doubt it, but I'd be all over that. Lewan the OT from Michigan is probably a top 10 pick.

id like to know this as well....because thats the only place they are getting db's....this is the weakest db draft in a long time....they shouldnt use any picks on it....without knowing how things will fall id go OL first three picks...its a great draft for that position

what happened to those kevin kolb picks

was that last draft
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I think they are definitely capable of messing up the #4 pick, especially in a weak draft class.

Here are your previous ten #4s for comparison. The Eagles have an opportunity to kill a hot streak here:

2003 - Dewayne Robertson - bust
2004 - Philip Rivers - arguable
2005 - Cedric Benson - headcase
2006 - D'Brickashaw Ferguson - good pick
2007 - Gaines Adams - dead
2008 - Darren McFadden - arguable
2009 - Aaron Curry - bust
2010 - Trent Williams - good pick
2011 - A.J. Green - good pick
2012 - Matt Kalil - good pick

Jairus Byrd would be a nice pick up. There's some decent names on that list, much better than the slop they have now.

Maybe someone will be desperate for Joeckel or one of the DTs, but I don't see anyone trading up

and after his shtein effort in the Bronx snow, I wouldn't be surprised if Geno Smith fell out of the top 5
