How many wins do they have since they fired Juan?

huge lose

way to go boys
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

When the team dedicated this season to Andy's dead druggie son, I don't think they meant for it to be such an accurate representation of his life.

I feel bad for anyone who actually attended that game in person.

QB Eagles

Time to pop on over to PE.com and see if that fat slob has anything new to say for himself. He's only got a few games left to add new catchphrases to his repertoire.

I feel bad for anyone who actually paid to attend that game sober.

I went in just before halftime and walked out with about 4 min left.  There were some awful fans in there who were cheering when the Eagles took the lead.

Since Bowles took over the D, opposing QBs are passing at a 70% comp rate with like 12 TD to 0 int.

Maybe they can hire McDermott's brother who is now out of work.

Hey, a Vinny Curry sighting on PGL.  "The fans have been wondering where I've been..."

lol @ the draft meaning anything.  howie roseman is running it so it's not like it will matter if they pick higher or lower.

this franchise is the definition of cooked probably for the better part of a decade now.

This is so true!  Like Todd asked, where the farg is Lurie?  He can take his state of the Union speech and go deliver it to a bunch of pre-schoolers who might give a rats ass for 8 seconds.  Howie in charge will set this franchise back years.  The 2010's are going to be real special.

Looks like Bowles doesn't care about throwing his players under the bus, unlike Andy

Quote"It's depressing. It's not about me, it's about the team. We're just trying to win ball games, and for that not to happen and for us to lose as many games as we did in a row is inexcusable, it's unacceptable, it's disheartening. I feel like everybody else feels. It's a messed up situation."

The two plays that infuriated Bowles the most were Newton's two long first-quarter touchdowns, a 24-yarder to a wide-open tight end Gary Barnidge and a 43-yarder to receiver Brandon LaFell.

It was only the third time in 40 years the Eagles have allowed two TD passes of 20 yards or more in a first quarter.

Newton also hit a 55-yarder to a wide-open receiver Louis Murphy in the third quarter to set up a touchdown.

"It should never have [happened]. First one was high school cover three. The ball was thrown down the middle of the field, we gave up a touchdown. Inexcusable.

"The second one was inexcusable, too. The long one [to Murphy] was a bust. Inexcusable -- shouldn't happen. Everybody knew where they were supposed to be, they weren't there."

Why does this keep happening?

"I wish I could tell you," he said. "It's not communication breakdowns, it's a guy knowing his assignment and doing it."

The Eagles have now allowed three TD passes of 40 yards or more in the last two weeks.

For the sake of comparison, from 2000 through 2008, they allowed just eight in a nine-year span.

"They can't happen," Bowles said. "Not at this level, not at this stage of the game, not after all we've been through, and everybody has to own up to their responsibility.

"It happened, it shouldn't happen and it can't happen. Not in this business. Not when everybody's trying to win ball games. It can't happen."

"Everybody's got to do their own job and look in the mirror and try to get something done. If you can't look at yourself in the mirror and take onus on what you do, then you're not the guy you thought you were."

Rome

Holy farg shut up, Bowles.  You suck just as much as the mercenaries you have (not) playing for you.
