Below baseline sounds bad, but you can't get much lower than Vick's floor, so I'm not too worried.  He'll be fine, or he won't.  Either way, he don't know the difference.

^Yeah, it's a lot to put on a rook, and the physical part is only half of it. A suck ass line, a defense that will have him running sprints on and off the field, and a coach that will have no mercy when it comes to maybe running more to take the load off him. It'll be interesting to see how he handles all this. If he beats the Skins, most will say "well, so what, it's the taterskins." But hey, you have to start somewere. At this point, I'm just looking for a reason to watch next week, him looking good and winning would do that.

Yeah, still, I can't bring myself to thinking losing to the taterskins is ever a good thing. Too many iceholes around here I'd have to listen too. It's bad enough with them annointing RG3 already, you'd think he's won another 3 sb's in one season and they have no better of a record than the Eagles.

I don't know where the Skins rank among the league in blitzing, but with a rook making his first start, I'm sure they'll dial up the blitzes a lot.  They'll put together something that at least resembles a pass rush against this swiss cheese o-line.

True one game won't necessarily tell anything and Foles' saving grace is that he gets the ball out quickly, but Vick will be out for a while and the Oline isn't turning all pro any time soon. There's a good chance we've already seen the last of Vick in Philly so we'll be seeing plenty enough of Foles.

yeah he could definitely get murdered i just dont think it will happen tomorrow

one thing that will be an advantage is actually foles lack of mobility...hes not going to extend plays with his feet and he will throw the ball away....lot of the shots vick takes is from him refusing to just give in on the play and throw the ball in the stands

Another advantage is the plain and simple fact that Foles is somewere around 90% more accurate than Vick.
