Never seen Ike this pissed off before.  He called out all the players and said there aren't any leaders, everyone is afraid to get in someone else's face, they're all "individuals", and none of them give a shtein about losing

the first thing a terrible team needs to do is accept the fact that they are terrible. delusional teams wallow in this "we need to step it up," "were playing as individuals, not as a team" meathead bullshtein

Gotta follow procedure, dummy. After "we need to step it up" comes the player only meetings, which leads to a tough win over a horrible team. Then there's all the media talk about how Andy's really turning the team around and saving his job before they sail to the 16th pick in the draft.
