These pages will be gold the night of November 6th, when I get to come here and read all the shock and disbelief that Obama loss.

And if he wins despite the zesty economy, Libya, and getting crushed in the debate, will you finally off yourself?

It really is amazing that after years of irrational wailing and obstruction from the right and a sluggish recovery that Obama is still in position to win. The GOP has finally gone so far off the reservation that even when they control the narrative for an extended period of time people are still inclined to vote the other way.

What does the GOP do if they lose? I mean they pulled out all the stops to keep Obama from being successful. Lied and embraced conspiracy theories and obstructed obstructed obstructed and he is still heavily favored to win. Ha, so good.

Obstruction??? The house has been passing bills, they have been obstructed by Harry Reid.

Heavily favored to win by who???

Obama's had the benefit of having the media propping him up for 5 years.... and is about to come crashing down.

Wow, now seemingly because Obama had his ass blown out of the water the other night, presidential debates mean nothing anymore, and Romney is a big fat liar. Ha! Al Gore had the best comment though, blaming the high altitude in Denver for Obamas poor preformance. Hahaha!

I can't wait to see Ryan and Biden. If you think Obama got toasted you ain't seen nuthin' yet.

ice grillin you

im not disagreeing with you but do you empirical evidence that debates mean a lot?

or are the legion reds from last night still talkin

Rome

They mean less than nothing in 2012.

In 1960?  Sure.  There were three channels on tee-vee and the print media was overwhelmingly censored.

In 2012 - with media saturation the way it is, with the internet being omnipresent, when ever utterance made by candidates every second of every day is analyzed?  No.

And how cute is Shore?

the worst thing this debate did imo was not the number of undecideds it will effect or the number of obama voters it might switch to romney...its that it has completely fired up the republicans....romey rallies since wednesday have been much larger than before the debate...so what his performance will do is get some republicans who previously hated romney to the polls now because they may see him differently or more likely they think he can actually win now...prior to this debate republicans despised romney but were voting against barry that may change a little bit

one great thing that came out of this debate is that it showed how off base the right wing is in all their whining and crying about the liberal media...the same media that has savaged barrys performance for the last 48 hrs...never in a billion years would you see sean hannity go off on mitt romney like chris matthews shtein all over barry the other night...in fact theres no question fox would have actually said romney won the debate

btw way move on is flying an airplane banner over a romney event today that reads "mitt lies, big bird dies"

It's funny hearing people like hawk and the right saying polls are 'oversampling Democrats'. Polls get their reputation off their accuracy, so how does it benefit them to oversample one demographic? These same loons said this during the 2008 election and that was a landslide just as was predicted.

Presidents job approval rating is up to 54%.

The disappointing part of the debate was that Obama only needed a draw to put Romney away. Romney was basiclaly Kerry only worse. Now he's a respectable candidate [whether you agree or not deep down inside you gained a miniscule of respect for him].

ice grillin you

hes absolutely not a respectable candidate....hes a compulsive liar who over the last 20 years will and has said ANYTHING to become president...just like in the boardrooms of bain he would hoodwink anyone to make a buck...its the same thing...the difference is it works in business where success is money...but its not what you want running the country

its not even fair to compare him to kerry...kerry was incredibly respected and still is...but he was an awful candidate....romney is a piece of shtein and a terrible candidate

remember that terrible thing i said that cost me the election...well it was wrong...

QuoteFISHERSVILLE, Va. — Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has described his disparaging remarks about the 47 percent of Americans who don't pay federal income taxes as "not elegantly stated." Now he's calling them "just completely wrong."

The original remarks, secretly recorded during a fundraiser in May and posted online in September by the magazine Mother Jones, sparked intense criticism of Romney and provided fodder to those who portray him as an out-of-touch millionaire oblivious to the lives of average Americans. The remarks became a staple of Obama campaign criticism.

Initially, Romney defended his view, telling reporters at a news conference shortly after the video was posted that his remarks were "not elegantly stated" and that they were spoken "off the cuff." He didn't disavow them, however, and later adopted as a response when the remarks were raised that his campaign supports "the 100 percent in America."

In an interview Thursday night with Fox News, Romney was asked what he would have said had the "47 percent" comments come up during his debate in Denver on Wednesday night with President Barack Obama.

"Well, clearly in a campaign, with hundreds if not thousands of speeches and question-and-answer sessions, now and then you're going to say something that doesn't come out right," Romney said. "In this case, I said something that's just completely wrong."

Prior to the debate none of us thought he had a backbone. Guess what, he does. He took on a popular POTUS in front of 60 million viewers and wiped the floor with him. You can say he's a liar and hate his policies but he deserves a miniscule of respect for his debate the other night.

not from me...lying is easy....he did the other night what hes done a billion times before...

he came off well because the president for whatever reason refused to call him out on a single thing...you cant even say romney debated well because there was no one debating him

barry looked like a scared child and old man leher was a depends filled bitch...so basically what mitt did was give a series of short speeches

Not sure why people are treating Obama like he's the holy grail of politics still.

He's a farging liar just as the rest of them....but I'm assuming the more cordial and gentle liar to some. Obama couldn't even look at Romney because he can't even look at himself in the mirror. Has he accomlished some nice things sure, but not enough....and he knows he hasn't done that well caught in a web of lies too. His closing lines the other night were a disgrace and spoke volumes.

Rather than the robotic crying for hope and change he's backed into a corner and he has no idea how to emotionally handle it. Whether you want to believe it or not that kind of weakness changes people thinking of the kind of leader they really want in office.
