You know what's funny? The people pointing out how obvious it is that race played a role in how everything went down, including how Zimmerman wasn't arrested, haven't said one word that I have found about conservatives, or Republicans...yet the other side immediately started screaming about liberals. The only people that support Zimmerman are those who are overly sensitive to charges of racism that weren't even being hurled in their direction.

If anyone on this board even mentioned that Zimmerman might even possibly not be a racist, kkk murdering "white hispanic" they were hit with the typical full on barrage by Ig's, Mds and their always colorful racists remarks that strangely they seem to have and endless supply of racial slurs, but claim not to be racists. This case is starting to fall apart imo, the evidence coming out is starting to support Zimmerman's story. But then again, the Rev's were there and they know the truth (just like in the Duke case, the southern illinos case and so on I'm sure). The backlash is just par for the course around here.

You must not have read my posts. I simply said that no one that matters (this excludes MDS and his race baiting) has said a word about "the right", Republicans, or Conservatives since this story broke...they only spoke of a racist act/racism. Yet it was in fact "The right" that came screaming about liberals and about how not racist they are. A little overeager to defend themselves as not being racist when no one had mentioned them in teh first place.

This is where you and others defending this dope seem to be so blind to your own ridiculousness...what exactly was so damn suspicious about this kid? If I throw a hoodie on and go walk around my neighborhood right now, am I a "suspicious person"? I mean, my neighborhood isn't a gated community but it's as white suburban middle class as you can get. If I'm out there stalking around at the late hour of 10 PM in a hoodie, am I a suspicious person? Maybe it's the skittles in my hand that make me suspicious? We've had a murder of a pot dealer over money 2 blocks away, and a couple of car break ins, so anyone walking around at night is suspicious now, right?

We all know what it was that made him a "suspicious person", but one half of the country seems to not want to acknowledge it because they like to pretend America is past those problems.
