The two eye witnesses that place Martin on top of Zimmerman, one who described the punches as "MMA style."

There's no evidence that Zimmerman didn't turn around when instructed by the 9/11 operator.  There's also no evidence that it was racially motivated.  As I've pointed out before, the "farging coon" remark has already been discredited. 

Also, how is a guy who grew up with 2 black girls, tutored black children, and also raised awareness about a black homeless man that was beat by police, considered racist? 

Your postings show that your still stuck at 2 months ago when you thought he had no marks on his heads.  Now that all the evidence is supporting Zimmerna, you still cling to your falsehoods.  I will celebrate when the prosecutor is disbarred for bringing up her phony charges. 

Eyewitnesses had Randall Dooley escalate the fight in which he shot and killed a father in front of his daughter, but he was only charged manslaughter.  No one knows what happened with Zimmerman, except liberals apparently, but he gets 2nd degree?  And now all the evidence that has come forward is overwhelmingly supporting him.

If you'll notice from my postings I stay away from the race card because to me it's somewhat of a non-issue when dealing with the facts of the case.

And if he turned around like the 911 operator told him to how did he wind up outside of his car getting his ass beat? It's pretty obvious what happened: He followed Martin even though he was told not to. Zimmerman got out of his car to confront him, things turned physical and he got the short end of the stick by getting his ass beat. If someone followed me around my neighborhood for a half an hour when I was walking then got out of their car and confronted me I'd beat their ass too. From the testimony of the girl who was on the phone with Martin when things got physical Martin was saying "get off of me" which leads me to believe that Zimmerman was trying to play the role of the police by detaining him.

If someone instigates a fight with me and I end up on top of them you better believe I'm going to wail on their ass.

What about the reports from coworkers who said he was racist? The middle eastern dude who was mocked by this fine upstanding citizen? Or the report that said he disliked black folks and was a power tripping jerkoff?
