I can't see him at the SAM with his size. He can rush the passer and gets a lot of TFLs...two good things a WIL does.

Why? If you're going to play a wide 9 you're going to need a SAM who doesn't get run over. Not saying this guy is a stiff but from the scouting reports I've read he doesn't shed blocks but he's great at avoiding them. They need a stout stingy SAM who can hold the point of attack and cover the TE...especially so if you're going to run the wide 9.
