MDS

well someone just wrapped up the republican nomination
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Maryland primary is Tuesday.  As a registered republican, I get the rare chance to cast an interesting vote this time.

So, which American Taliban mullah should I get my thumb inked for?

I'm leaning Paul.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

this photo is great

Dukes up, Baltimore sisters!!

Ha, what's that from? Mike Tyson could still take out the fat one. Unless that is Iron Mike. He's aged a bit.

As for the Md vote Tuesday, I'd go with a Gerry Garcia write in. Pigpen would make a great veep. And for the record they aren't half as dead as the crustie zombies running around shaking their thumb pointing fists

The photo is from an event honoring Mikulski for becoming the woman who served in Congress the longest in American history.  Both Mikulski and Pelosi are from Baltimore.

I don't for a second believe he was about to drop the N bomb.  I've listened to the speech, and it doesn't sound like it, and I cannot believe that he is so stupid or suffers from such poor self control that it would slip out.  The guy says batshtein crazy things every day, real things that he stands by and which deserve the attention of sane people everywhere, so they know this guy is dangerous.

Those are the utterances that ought to draw attention, but instead we get lefty die-hards drumming up faux outrage over a non-slur.

I don't really think he was gonna say it either, but still comical.

And from what i've seen, I don't think many 'lefties' are ignoring all the other batshtein crazy stuff he says

I voted for Huntsman yesterday.  You care.

A week or two ago Dave Mustaine said:

Quote"I have a lot of questions about [Obama], but certainly not where he was born. I know he was born somewhere else than America. . . I'm not calling a question to it, I just... How come he was invisible until he became whatever he was in Illinois?"

Yesterday, Obama was asked to comment on it and said:

Quote"Dave Mustaine has a lot of questions about me? Well I have a lot of questions about him! How do we know he really had anything to do with those songs on [Metallica's] Kill 'Em All and Ride the Lightning? I didn't see him write them, did you? I'm not questioning it, I just... I know he didn't write any of those riffs. How come he was invisible until he became whatever he was in Megadeth?"

No, he totally said that. For reals!
