Byars crushing Pepper Johnson. I love hearing the applause after Byars levels him. There was nothing like the ole school vet crowds:

Exhibit A of why Keith Byars was my favorite (offensive) player.

As someone who was actually there I can say...

Don Ho

Buddy calling timeout so the crowd at The Vet could see the replay on the Jumbotron was classic.

Don Ho

Don Ho was in the house, September 1994.  Those were the most god awful things I'd ever seen.  Birds uniforms weren't much better.   Final score was 13-7, horribly played game with an incredible late game goal line stand by the D.  Two Hawaii boys on that team, Rich Miano and Jeff Sydner WR/KR.

Tim Hauck's first start, a Ki-Jana Carter reference, and jerseys made by Starter. That game had everything!

Damn did Hauck look tiny next to Randall.  I wonder if Randall threatend to kill him for trying to take his knees out or was he quoting bible verses?

If I learned anything from Pulp Fiction, it was that those two things are not mutually exclusive.
