Yeah, nothing wrong with that.  It happened on the Eagles sideline and they didn't react at all.

Thought that was going to be a pick

When the D is all over your QB you neutralize that by throwing quick slants and running the ball, you don't force play action and keep trying to stretch the field. There's such a thing as ebb and flow of an offense, it's called adjusting to the D when the D is doing something extremely well, which in this case is getting pressure on the QB.
