Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I'm just connecting the dots. And the connection is booze. Ps what's the deal with gentiles and booze. You wonder why we call the shots.

$6 for beer, $7 for liquor and $9 for the specialty drinks which are mojito and pomegranate martini....this is for Continental, not sure about the other airlines

I've had The Assassination of Jesse James on my iphone (and ipad) for a couple of years now. Finally watched it on a trip back from Jamaica. Pretty cool flick. Not a great action movie, but the acting and visual presentation were really nice.

ice grillin you

the acting is incredible in that movie

i know it doesnt exactly contain mass appeal but that movie grossed less than three million in the us...pretty crazy for a movie that got good reviews had brad pitt in it and got multiple academy award nominations

How hammered were you that you thought airline drinks were cheap?

i was just gonna ask what constitutes a cheap airline drink
Phreak nailed it, I was in first.  Plus I had a few drinks in Uniteds lounge as well.

When in coach, I always get the mini bottles of wine, seems to be the best bang for the buck
I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

i saw hall pass over the weekend..much funnier than i expected, and a few major LOL moments

BigEd76

The Lovely Bones - was browsing through and stopped on this one for a few minutes, wanting to see how the family eventually discovered who murdered their daughter.  Over 2 hours later, I felt like I had watched a Lifetime movie with all the sappy crap and Peter Jackson CGI (and they never caught the guy anyway)

Vampires Suck - same as every other spoof movie....jam a lot of lame jokes into 75 minutes while referencing the original movies (Twilight and New Moon for this one)

If you sit in first class - booze is free. On a flight to South America I ran them out of Miller Lite one time. I had to drink Heineken for my last two before we landed.

Yes they're 12oz cans

If you sit in coach the beers are $6 I believe. Same for most cocktails/wine. Although I think they just rolled out premium cocktails on continental which are like $7-9 a piece - not sure what "premium" entails though.

Sometimes you have to buzz them for another one because some FAs are lazy asses and disappear after meal service. I've had a few who would come and check. In first you can barely finish before they give you another.

The cocktails are the little bottles of liquor that you mix yourself
The first time I flew up front (about 20 years ago) I got so absolutely hammered on the free drinks on my way to Orange County California, that I slept through the boarding call for my connector and slept all night in Phoenix Skyharbor Airport.
