how do you watch the entire series to see "what the big deal is"...id say a half hour of the first one would tell you all youd need to know

Pretty much, but if I've seen the first part of something, I'm likely to watch the others too....unless they're direct-to-DVD ripoffs that are so bad you wonder how Eugene Levy sleeps at night.  It also depends on whether or not people I'm around have seen it too, just to add something to normal conversation.  If none of them have watched Lord of the Rings, I'm not gonna watch it either...

its all out of love for easy

ive known this cat for 15 years. we go back. i dont want to see him be the guy who watches twilight movies but not the wire. but he is. and it hurts.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

You are seriously the worst people on earth.

Green Lantern - Story wasn't very compelling and they did little to separate it from other average comic book flicks. It desperately needed more action with the ring, because they bore you with the first hour, give you a taste of the good stuff, then have a stupid ending. Glad I didn't pay to see this in the theaters.

Don Ho

Caved in and let junior get netflix.  Finally get to see a shtein load of movies I've been dying to see.
"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Kill the Irishman.  Meh, not too bad.  Nothing new.
Shockingly, they had Paul Sorvino as a mobster.

Took my kids to see Mr Popper's Penguins the other day.  A lot of kids movies today have some jokes that adults will laugh at but this one was very much geared towards kids.  A few decent jokes but mostly stuff that if you're over the age of 16 you won't find much amusement in.  All in all though, decent movie if you have little ones.  But I did think that the cgi penguins were done rather poorly.  Don't know if they didn't have the budget to do better or if they just wanted to do it as cheaply as possible.  I'm going with the latter.

Also, does anyone remember this story from a few years ago?  They're making a movie about it and I saw the trailer in the theater....looks pretty good but if you followed the story at all when it happened, you can tell that they really did a chop job on the actual story to make it more appealling for the big screen....more than what they usually do to dress up a story.

I haven't seen a second of any of them and I never will

But on the other hand they are probably better than star wars

I think I've seen 2 of them.  First one was crap but I still enjoyed it although I do hate the generation of douche bags that movie spawned.  Not sure what other one I've seen but I'm pretty sure it sucked.

And I'm not taking Jew boy's bait.  Instead, I'm just going to punch him in the face if I ever meet him.

You needed a reason for that?

X-Men: First Class. Good, but X2 is still the best of the X-Men movies. I didn't know who was in it, so I was surprised to see Kevin Bacon.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Not really.  But it never hurts to add fuel to the fire.

Adding fuel to a Jewish fire is not usually acceptable nowadays.
