I didn't bother reading the last few posts, but had to stop to say why is Hawk saying the "enhanced interrogation" is what led to the information? In the two stories I read, yes, Khalid and the other dude went through the torture....but if what I read was correct, he didn't give up the info until months later, and refused to give it up while being tortured.
