It is no more dumb looking than the lacrosse fratboy farmer types who roll the bill of their caps into the tightest possibly arch they can squeeze onto their temples.  Which is of course to say that it's awful dumb, but so what.

Cops love the low pants thing..makes them easier to catch.  How bad ass is that?  You run from the cops like a bitch, and they don't even have to catch you...your pants fall down, you trip, smack your teeth on the sidewalk, get cuffed.  Ha.
