BTW phatty.....the 18-yr old driving the EA/GameStop car that crashed early in the race is supposedly the next Jeff Gordon or LeBron or whatever (Joey Logano.......drives for Joe Gibbs)

BigEd76

That Logano kid won his 3rd career Nationwide start

Dale Jr. won his first race in over 2 years

shorebird

Jr. is finally in a decent ride.

im honestly not sure if there is something worse than auto racing and that includes religion and munson
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I know nobody cares, but NASCAR made more changes this season:

-- The points system was changed since rednecks could understand the intervals and normal people couldn't.  Now you get 43 points for 1st place, 42 for 2nd, 41 for 3rd, and so on (plus the extra points for leading laps and winning)
-- Two "wildcards" were added to the Chase "playoff" system since some drivers that won a few races were eliminated while those that didn't were allowed in
-- After complaints of the main Sprint drivers stealing all the championships from the AAA-level drivers in Nationwide, everyone now has to pick one series or the other for collecting points, although vets will still be allowed to participate in the Nationwide races for practice

There are things far worse than auto racing Aids and child molestation come to mind.  I actually used to like racing quite a bit, don't really care anymore.  That being said going to a race is definitely fun.  If you like to drink that is.

but even trashed out of your skull where is the fun watching cars going around in a circle 700 times.

horseracing is cool to see because its one lap. maybe of they had nascar at 10 laps it might be exciting. sure the race would be over quick, but you got a hell of race.

I can't think of a worse way to kill a day or a buzz then to sit around with a bunch of rednecks watching cars go in a circle. If you're going to do that at least watch drag racing which is superior in every facet.
