no and no

its a very good win but phoenix is a shell of their former selves...i think both knick wins and the celtic win were more impressive

im guessing youre being facetious regarding et?

you mean you couldn't tell from "has Evan Turned a corner"

ice grillin you

what a farging horseshtein call that was and they cant even correct it via replay....like a ball is going to fly out of bounds like that when thad is trying to grab it...it can only happen because someone is trying to knock it away

happy new year you cork sucking refs
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Thad on top, Barnes on the bottom--that has to be a jump ball.

What a farging game though. Turner played extremely well--except for those 3 missed shot that would of been huge.

Regardless, this team is so much improved. From perimeter d to shooting to distributing the ball. They have already exceeded my expectations for this year.

it wasnt even close to a jump....i saw the first time in fast motion as it was happening that barnes clearly hit it out...like i said a ball doesnt fly out of bounds from a guy trying to grab it...he might fumble the ball and drop it out of bounds but it doesnt shoot out unless a guy it hitting it in that direction...its farging refereeing 101 that even if you didnt see it who actually touches it you go by the speed and/or trajectory of the ball

THEN on the replay barnes clearly hits it out...not so much the one shot that was sort of from above...but the other one from the camera that was lower and right on the baseline

I thought it was inconclusive and should have been a jump ball. Regardless, they had 2 or 3 good looks at a 3 to win it but couldn't sink it.

Dillen

Turner 32 min, 2-14
Lou Will 30 min, 1-11

that's how you lose a basketball game

Way to throw it out of bounds, Kapono.

no one will admit it but they miss iguodala

When a team has so little talent, it's hard not to admit that anyone with any talent isn't missed.  Watching last night's game was painful - not Joe Webb running circles around the defense painful, but close.

You didnt see a game last night that represented a team with little talent. You saw/will continue to see a very young team with plenty of talent that is just a product of inconsistency.

2 more pieces, 2 more years in Collins' system this team competes at a high level every night.

im pretty sure collins aint gonna be here for 2 more years..

You're watching something I'm not watching.  Who has above average talent on the Sixers?  Name 3 players with a ceiling above average for a NBA player, please.  Just 3.

You said little talent I'm telling you these guys have plenty of talent and it has showed on the court.

Jrue (who will be an all star) Thad, Turner (who you can't judge) and L Williams.

You can't come out and preach how bad they suck after losses like this when they're balling their ass off down to the wire with the Celtics and Lakers twice.

I think he is. These players have responded well to his offensive philosophy and especially on the defensive end. That has been their achilles for years. You can't take this brutal road trip and lopsided losses as a reason Collins not being here in the future.

Now unless his health catches up to him you're right he probably won't be here,  but this year was fully supposed to be a rebuilding year regardless.

I didn't say that they don't play hard.  I think Collins is a great coach, and they have some players who can make some nice things happen in his system if things go right.

I love Jrue's talent/upside, but saying that any of those other three guys is significantly above average talent-wise is speculative at best.
