How bad did Laundry get bitchslapped on that play?? He was punked and bitchslapped on the same play. When Vick threw the ball, stinkin' laundry had coverage, but while the ball was in the air Pimp ran by him like he was standing still. Pimp has great speed, we all know what his 40 time is, but I'll tell you I think he's even faster on the field during a game. Some guys have that little extra they can call on, reach down and get, and that little extra ends up being a whole hell of a lot to the opposing defense. The Pimp is friggen' awesome man, and with Vick on the same team, and the connection they obviously have, it's gold. Vick knows he can cut loose with the ball and Pimp is gonna' be the only guy on the field that can go get his bombs.

It's a beautiful thing.

Don't forget Maclin

Between Pimp (3rd year), Vick, McCoy (2nd year), and Maclin (2nd year) is there anybody that runs over a 4.4 40? And aren't WRs supposed to take a few years to develop or is that a thing of the past?

shady is 4.5 guy known more for his cuts and shiftyness than speed

Incredible that the first year the Eagles are without McNabb and Westbrook, neither are missed at all.  Also, while last year was an abomination at the safety position, I doubt anyone is thinking that a 35-year-old Brian Dawkins would be a difference maker for the team this year.  Pretty incredible when I think about it.

But let's talk about whether or not Chuggie would slob Vick's knob.  Herpes schmerpes.

Zanshin

Well, it's not like the Eagles really had Westbrook the last couple of years.

Can anyone make a prediction on what game this fairy tale ends for Vick, or does he continuosly stroll like this into the playoffs?

I keep telling myself that he can't continue to play like this. Mostly because he never has played like this. But he keeps coming out every week and looking like a friggin' video game QB.

In other words, I think it ends this week.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I'm not sure how you stop him right now.  You obviously can't spy him, and if you do it has to be a safety and either takes a linebacker off the field or it allows for deep routes.

You can't just drop back and play a deep zone because desean and maclin will eat it up underneath.

You can't blitz too often because they can max protect and let desean run past any corner.

And you can't play dime all game because Shady is a good runner and Vick will take off if he has too.

I know he hasn't played like this before but he also has never had this type of offensive coaching or weapons at his disposal.

Vick has always had the tools and the talent, what he never had was his head on straight or a stubborn ass coach. Now he has both of those things and the sky is the limit. I'm not saying he's going to do what he did vs. the Skins every game, but I expect him to be closer to that than closer to the QB he was in Atlanta.

i think it ends this week....because of the ridiculous hype over the monday night game....a game that had a spotlight on it and who every player coach and fan in the country saw...the giants are going to prepare almost as if they are facing brady in the superbowl when new england was 18-0...

i dont think they are going to shut vick down or anything but i think he has a game that falls in the average range and he throws a pick or two

After his 3rd straight superbowl win.

What sunny said, his supporting Cast makes him even more dangerous, and add to that what SD said about his focus, and how he really realizes that he could work to get better, and this is where he is now.  Guy is playing out of his mind.  I fully expect an egg to laid soon, but its a hell of a story

I think Vick will continue to play well until he gets injured again.  Now when I say "well," I don't mean record-breaking ridiculous... But I just don't see him throwing up a total stinker.

SunMo

I just keep going back to all the trip ups that would cause a Donovan stinker

1.  Receivers couldn't get open...shouldn't happen now with all the weapons

2.  Accuracy on throws and killing drives...Vick is extremely more accurate than Donovan.  I don't think he's thrown one worm burner.

3.  Poor gameplan than Andy has no ability to change up on...still very much a possibility.

He's already come close to a pick a couple of times when he rifles one through someone's hands and it luckily falls harmlessly.  His first pick of the season will probably bounce off of Celek to a defender.

reese125

You're right...unlike Mcnabb that threw right into the arms of a defender for a pick 6, I think Vicks luck will die out from the infamous tipped ball interception-which happens to the best of them.
