That said, the Lions with him opposite Calvin is his best bet.

Even though the Lions are pretty much out of any playoff race, I don't think they'd want to bring Moss in.  They've got a very young, talented, on the rise team and Moss could do a lot of damage in the locker room if he reverts back to his old self.

Agreed for the most part.  Basically any team between San Diego and Chicago on the waiver wire would make the most sense other than Oakland....although football wise, it actually would make sense, but those bridges are burnt like Jews in the oven.
