Tomahawk

Preferrably to a divisional opponent. Vick sucks

I don't care where he goes. Just get him gone. Thanks for the quality play this year, Mike. Way to turn your life around. Now get the team a draft pick and be on your way.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

the team is 4-2 with a declining NFC. you dont trade your best qb mid-season. dont take this falcons game either as giving kolb the keys to the city. when this o-line breaks down again---and it will--you'll be wishing vick was in there

not to mention, you know how hard it is for a qb to come in mid-season on a another team and try to gel with new receivers. anyone that trades for vick for a high pick , mid-season is going to want him to start right away not sit the bench. is there a potential playoff contending team out there right now that needs vicks services now aside from the friggin cardinals?

I have no illusions about this season so I don't particularly see it as a big deal if Kafka is the backup. This offensive line isn't winning a superbowl or even a playoff game.

Responses to this will let us know who's been suckered in by this team yet again.

The man. The myth. The legend.

not thinking they are going to win the superbowl might cause you to want to play cobb instead vick have kurt coleman as your third safety or get trevard lindley on the field more

having mike kafka be one sack away from being your starting quarterback would be inexcusable (and having _____ be two plays away from being your starter)....and thats true if they were 0-6 much less first place in the conference

it would be worthy of criminal prosecution with the fanbase as the plantiff

i mean just think of the criticism the organization would get if they traded vick and cobb got hurt again and they were 5-2 and had to go to mike kafka to lead them...it ludicrous even thinking about it

Right? How surreal is it to see IGY type about this team being a 'best in conference' team? WTF?

It's fairly amazing to me that this team is 4-2 with all the injuries and assorted Reid shenanigans they've endured.

it doesnt mean they literally are the best team in the conference or that they are even going to make the playoffs...but it means something as it relates to the argument that vick should be traded

it means mike kafka is not ready to play in this league....so for the team with the current best record in the conference to do that would be ridiculous

If you don't think Andy has Jeff Garcia's number on speed-dial, you're crazy, dude.

trading vick and replacing him with a 50 year old man off the streets who couldnt play two years ago might be the only thing that would look worse than mike kafka being your starter

It's ridiculous that Andy will probably keep Vick and trot him out there every third play to run the wildcat but that is most likely what will happen if they keep Vick.  How many teams plan for their QB to be hurt and keep a legitimate backup.  Not many.  NE has Hoyer, Indy has Painter, Saints have Daniel, GB has Flynn...and on and on.  Vick is a distraction IMO and unless they plan to sign him long-term, why not trade him???

I do it find it funny that every time any eagles qb gets hurt, garcia's rep puts out a statement about him being contacted or notalmost immediately. Anyway I think his UFL contract prohibits him from joining any NFL team.

if cobb is the real deal having to watch him carve up the league for the next 10 years would leave a far more bitter tatse than watching mike vick run around the field for the next couple years if he happens to be for real

if anyone gets moved most of my money is on vick...dont forget there may not be a season next year...would you rather lose a season off mike vicks career or kevin cobbs...vicks window is much smaller

most likely scenario is that they try and overpay vick to stay on as the back up with false promises of a training camp battle next year...if they cant talk him into that then he jets march 1st...if there is a march 1st
