My wife rules.  Saw I finished a bottle of Crown last night (while she was working and I was home with a cute babysitter) and she brought me a new bottle at lunch time.  So what if she's hogging the laptop forcing me to chat it up with you degenerates via blackberry?  I am drunk on good booze and you may or may not be.  So I farging rule and love alcohol.  Eat rocks and shtein, fargbrains.

I'm still trying to find a farging house.  Wife and i found a place we really like, but its so far out in the sticks there are no highspeed internet options.  Though that sounds awesome to be away from you fargers, Yeti proved you can only fight the urge for so long.  Has anyone ever had any good experiences with Hughsnet or WildBlue?

I was in Elkton about two hours ago. 95 South before the Delaware toll was atrocious, so we ducked off onto 272 and over to 40.

I saw a lot of awesome houses.

That Delaware toll is seriously the worst place in the universe right now.

It really is, farging shteinhole of a road there.  How the state doesn't even have the onramp from Newark to 95 south shows how inept they are by having it shut off for 5 months, they're not getting any toll revenue from that area.   

The place we're looking at is in one of the local state parks, way out in a community that is pretty remote.  Its a cool place, has geothermal heat/cooling(i have no idea how that stuff works) and its overlooking the Elk River.  We lost a house a few weeks back to some very weird circumstances.  Put a good offer in, but the owner got another offer that had some stuff we couldn't compete with.  Basically the buyers are from Texas, the husband is in the Army preparing to deploy to Afghanistan or somewhere.  They put in the contract that the current owner can stay in the house for a year until they're ready to move in and no inspection was required.  We found out last week that they're not moving in for 2 years, and the owner can stay that entire time and only has to pay for utilities.  I've never heard of this shtein happening before, but its typical for whatever we put offers in for.

I never go through that toll. Coming from Maryland, get off at the exit before...coming from DE, go through Newark and hop back on 95 from Elkton road. So easy to avoid, and worth it.
