That kid's standing on his own so it's been at least 9mo to a year since she shtein him out.  Plenty of time to knock out a few crunches and tighten up.  Then again, she's letting her kid tug on her thong while she (presumably) surfs the interwebz.....so chances are anything requiring work or effort is probably not in her repertoir.  That pooch is gonna be there for life but she'll probably never adjust the size shirt she wears to compensate for it.
