So my Realtor is in the midst of dealing with the worst Realtor he's had the displeasure of working with.  We put an offer in last Friday, and haven't heard back other than the owner is working with her Attorney and with her financial advisers.  My Realtor gets a random text message this morning saying that she'll have an answer by this afternoon, but she understands if we look somewhere else.  We didn't low ball, went 5k less than asking price, and haven't had the chance to counter yet.  Negotiations 101 teaches  you this shtein.  farging amazes me how some people remember how to breathe.

any of you dudes remember tony clifton? a bit before my time but he was essentially andy kaufman's alter ego / slimy lounge singer persona.  anyway, he's doing a comeback tour, whether andy kaufman is still alive or it's someone completely different who knows. he was crazy enough to possibly pull it off. (i know it's not really him) anyway i'm supposed to interview him before one of his shows in dc and i need some funny questions to ask him.
